Chris Sangwin is Professor of Mathematics Education in the School of Mathematics. His research interests include automatic assessment of mathematics using computer algebra, mathematical problem solving using Moore method and similar student-centred approaches and curriculum development. He is author of a number of books, including "How Round is Your Circle", which illustrates and investigates many links between mathematics and engineering using physical models.
